Awam Tibetan Heart Center

Founder and President of Awam Tibetan Heart Center:

Kunzang Chosdron / Bev Clarke was one of five people who met H.H. Khenchen Lama Rinpoche at the airport in 2004, when, at the invitation of Dharmakirti College, he moved to Tucson, AZ. She continues as a student of His Holiness and continues studying and practicing Tibetan Buddhism, including Dzogchen, which she began in 1992.

In response to many dreams, including those of H.H. Khenchen Lama Rinpoche, Kunzang Chosdron founded Awam Tibetan Heart Center. The Heart Center’s purpose is to enable H.H. Khenchen Lama Rinpoche’s direct lineage and other longer lineages from Guru Rinpoche to be available to those who are interested now and in the future.

A small Board of Directors, who together have more than fifty years of experience working with nonprofit organizations including Dharma organizations, is working together to realize these dreams. Borrowing from a Western philosopher:

“Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it.
Boldness has genius, magic and power in it.
Begin it now." Goethe
